Our agency is always willing to consider trading goods and
services in place of fees if such trade is more suitable to your needs.

Here are a few fine print items from Vital Voices
contracts. We provide these here as a courtesy to you:
- Customer pays all fees and reimburses all expenses. If trade of
goods/services is agreed upon as part of the fee or if such trade
replaces the entire fee, customer still agrees to reimburse all
expenses.
- As a courtesy to our employees, please contact us at least 6
weeks prior to your event.
- Fifty percent of fee will be paid to Vital Voices within 5
business days of receiving contract from Vital Voices; this
nonrefundable deposit locks in the scheduled event date.
- Unpaid balance of fees will be delivered to a Vital Voices
representative on location immediately following scheduled
program/workshop.
- Expenses will be billed to customer within one week of
program/workshop.
